Terms of Use

Membership is open to individuals who register with accurate information and accept these terms.

You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

The VCN Operations Team provides and maintains the technology, marketplace infrastructure, digital product ecosystem and platform services.

The Operations Team does not participate in or interfere with transactions between buyers and sellers, and does not receive payments made by buyers to sellers for digital products.

When you successfully purchase a qualifying digital product in a marketplace, you receive VCN Marketplace Selling Rights for that marketplace.

Those rights are governed through the issuance of a VCN Marketplace Selling License. Members receive only one license per marketplace, and licenses remain associated with the member's account.

Selling Rights authorise the sale of eligible digital products within the relevant marketplace only, and in accordance with VCN's rules.

Each marketplace has its own Platform Support Fee, paid directly to the official VCN Operations account.

The Platform Support Fee funds platform maintenance, infrastructure, security, fraud prevention, taxes and regulatory compliance, customer support, messaging and payment services, development, community education and administration.

The Platform Support Fee is not a payment for the digital product and is non-refundable once a marketplace cycle has been entered.

Members begin with the entry-level marketplace and unlock higher marketplaces as they qualify.

Once qualified for a marketplace, that qualification is permanent. Members may remain active for as long as they wish, are never forced to upgrade, and may participate in multiple qualified marketplaces simultaneously.

Members must deal honestly with assigned buyers and sellers, complete transactions promptly and confirm activity truthfully within the platform.

Misrepresentation, fraudulent confirmation, harassment, unauthorised redistribution of digital products or attempts to circumvent platform automation may result in suspension of your account and licenses.

Digital products are licensed for personal learning and for authorised resale within the relevant marketplace only.

You may not copy, publish or redistribute product files outside the terms of your license.

Marketplaces are activated and suspended by administrators. Features shown as Coming Soon are not available until activated.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of VCN after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
