Create Your VCN Account
Create your VCN account. Verification and WhatsApp OTP authentication help keep your account secure. Once your account is verified, sign in and access the VCN platform and available app options.

Choose Your Digital Product & Activate Your Marketplace
Every member begins in the ₦5,000 Entry Marketplace. Select an approved digital knowledge product and pay the applicable ₦1,000 Activation Fee through the designated VCN payment channel. For the ₦5,000 Marketplace: ₦5,000 — Marketplace Product, ₦1,000 — Activation Fee, Total initial payment — ₦6,000. The Activation Fee is separate from the marketplace product price and supports VCN platform services and infrastructure, including:

- Government taxes and compliance

Get Assigned to a Seller
Immediately after the applicable Activation Fee is confirmed, the VCN system assigns the Buyer to the next eligible Seller according to the marketplace workflow and Sellers Queue. The assigned Seller receives the applicable notification through the VCN notification system.

Pay the Assigned Seller
Pay the applicable ₦5,000 product price directly to your assigned Seller for the approved digital product. After making the payment, click “I Have Made Payment.” The platform records the payment confirmation request and notifies the Seller so the transaction can be verified.

Receive Your Digital Product
The Seller verifies the product payment and confirms the transaction by clicking “Payment Received.” Once the payment is confirmed:
- Your digital product becomes available according to the platform's delivery workflow.
- Your purchase is recorded in your account history.

Receive Your VCN Marketplace Selling License
After your purchase is confirmed:
- You receive your VCN Marketplace Selling License for the applicable marketplace.
- The license authorizes eligible selling activity within the applicable VCN Marketplace according to the marketplace rules.
- Your account becomes eligible to participate in the Sellers Queue.
- You can monitor your applicable queue position and marketplace status from your dashboard.

Participate as a Seller
When your position in the Sellers Queue reaches the applicable assignment stage, the VCN system can assign eligible Buyers to you according to the marketplace rules. Each assigned Buyer purchases an approved digital product directly from you at the applicable marketplace price. For the ₦5,000 Marketplace, a completed product transaction is ₦5,000. Where two eligible ₦5,000 product transactions are successfully completed, the Seller records ₦10,000 in Marketplace Sales Revenue. This represents the product sales revenue from the completed transactions.

Participate in Another Marketplace Cycle
After completing an eligible marketplace cycle, you may participate in another cycle according to the applicable marketplace rules. You may purchase the same eligible product again or choose another eligible product where permitted by the marketplace. Each marketplace cycle provides another opportunity to access digital knowledge products and participate in marketplace selling.

Eligible members may participate in the VCN referral program and receive applicable referral bonuses when referred members complete qualifying purchases under the applicable VCN referral rules. Referral bonuses are subject to the applicable marketplace, qualification, and referral-program rules.

What the Activation Fee funds
Each marketplace has its applicable Activation Fee. The Activation Fee is separate from the marketplace product price and supports the technology, infrastructure, services, and operational functions required to maintain the VCN platform. It is paid through the designated official VCN payment channel and is separate from the product payment made directly between the Buyer and Seller.

The VCN Management Team does not receive product payments made directly by Buyers to Sellers and does not participate in or interfere with those Buyer-to-Seller product transactions. When someone joins VCN in your referral network and completes a qualifying marketplace purchase, you can receive a Referral Bonus from up to four levels of your referral network.
What this means is that whenever a VCN product purchase is completed in any marketplace by a member within your business team across Levels 1 to 4, you will earn a Referral Bonus based on that purchase.
In VCN, you earn the referral bonus every cycle, not just once. So you earn the referral bonus repeatedly from one downline.

VCN Utility Bonus
Earn Utility Credits. Use Them for Everyday Utility Services.
VCN gives members an additional Utility Bonus in the form of Utility Credits. You can use these credits within the VCN platform for eligible utility services such as airtime, data, electricity, TV subscriptions, and other supported services.
The Utility Bonus has two components: Personal Utility Bonus and Leadership Utility Bonus. Both are credited to your Utility Credit Wallet as Utility Credits.
1. Personal Utility Bonus
When you personally complete a qualifying marketplace purchase, you receive:

Example
If the Activation Fee for a marketplace is ₦1,000:
2% of ₦1,000 = ₦20
You receive ₦20 in Utility Credits.
These credits are added to your Utility Credit Wallet and can be used for eligible utility payments.
2. Leadership Utility Bonus
You can also receive Utility Credits from qualifying purchases made by members within your first four referral levels.
The Leadership Utility Bonus is calculated from the Activation Fee, not the marketplace value.
