This policy explains what information ValueCycleNetwork collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
We collect the information you provide when registering, including your full name, WhatsApp number, email address and optional referral code.
We also record marketplace activity such as purchases, queue positions, business cycles, issued Marketplace Selling Licenses and product downloads.
Your information is used to operate the marketplace: to verify your identity, assign you to buyers and sellers, deliver digital products, issue licenses and send WhatsApp notifications about your activity.
Aggregated, non-identifying information may be used to improve the platform and measure reliability.
Payments for digital products are made directly between members. VCN does not receive or hold those payments and does not store card details.
Platform Support Fees are paid to the official VCN Operations account through supported payment gateway services.
Limited contact details are shared between a matched buyer and seller so that a transaction can be completed.
We do not sell member data. Information may be disclosed where required by Nigerian law or regulatory authorities.
We apply secure sessions, role-based access control, audit logging, CSRF and XSS protections, rate limiting and secure file downloads.
No system is perfectly secure. Keep your credentials confidential and report suspicious activity immediately.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must retain for audit and compliance purposes.
